Preparation
In order to interface with SCSM, ensure that .net version 3.0 or greater is installed.
Make sure that the following 3 files are in the path or in the agent directory:
Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Core.dll
Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Packaging.dll
Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.dll
They can be found in: \Microsoft System Center\Service Manager 2010\SDK Binaries.
