Upgrading customized m4 skin files

A customized skin file is a snapshot of its contents when it was customized. As Bravura Security improves the product and skins, this snapshot may override upgrades made to that same file in the latest release.

To avoid breaking the skin and UI, check any customized M4 files in design\custom or component\Custom to see if you need to upgrade them. The best way to check this is to compare the file against the latest version in the design\src folder. If Bravura Security changed a section of the file that was customized, you must port the change into the customized file. If the file contains tags (!!!TAG_NAME), only changes to the customized tag must be ported. If the file has no tags (!!!TAG_NAME), all changes must be ported into the customized file to ensure the user interface renders appropriately and contains all the necessary data for authentication and use.
