Create new language skins
If a language pack is not available and you want to create new skins that use another language besides English, ensure that the following source KVG files exist:
\<instance>\design\src\common\<lang>-<locale>-language.kvg
\<instance>\design\src\common\<lang>-<locale>-errmsg.kvg
These files must include the outer KVGroup:
