Bravura Security Fabric performs operations on Cisco Unified Communication Manager by using the agtcucm connector.

Configuring a target system administrator
Bravura Security Fabric uses a designated account (for example psadmin) on the Cisco Unified Communication Manager target system to perform operations. Create an account with appropriate permissions if one does not already exist.
Targeting Cisco Unified Communication Manager
For each Cisco Unified Communication Manager system, add a target system (Manage the system > Resources > Target systems):

Connector fail on invalid user | Select this if you want the agent to return a failure if a user is not created in time. Can be used in conjunction with Poll time after create. (key: failOnInvalidUser) |
Poll time after create | The maximum time that a user can be created before the agent returns a failure. Can be used in conjunction with Connector fail on invalid user. The default poll time is 5 seconds. (key: polltime) |
Jabber device prefix | The prefix of an Jabber device name. When specified, it will return all attributes bound to the Jabber device associated with a user account. (key: jdtag) |
Device profile prefix | The prefix of an device profile name. When specified, it will return all attributes bound to the device profile device associated with a user account. (key: dptag) |
End users from directory | Select this to use the embedded LDAP directory as the source of end users. (key: usrfrmdir) |
Extension Mobility Service server | Service server that provides extension Mobility service. (key:emsvr) |
Database is informix | A boolean that indicates whether the backend database is informix database as Cisco's call manager system will need different processing way for informix. |
