Added documentation for Bravura Safe deployment

Added an extra warning triangle to the admin screen for users that have invalid encrypted fields (i.e., invalid master password hint or API key)

Added the ability to promote/demote a team to/from an enterprise team in the Admin UI (via Team > Edit).

Added a message confirming successful actions when saving/deleting users or teams.

Removed unused fields and checkboxes from the Teams page.

The color of the buttons have been changed from red to blue except for the Delete button.

Synchronized the look and feel of the headers with the end user screens.

Added profile dropdown for logout in the user interface header.
