Sync your safe
Adding or modifying safe items using any Bravura Safe application automatically pushes changes to your Bravura Safe server. To pull those changes to another Bravura Safe application, your safe needs to by synchronized.
Items owned by you in the web interface will always remain in sync.
Items owned by a Team sync automatically across users and client applications every 30 minutes.
Other Bravura Safe applications (i.e. browser extensions, mobile apps, desktop apps and CLI) sync automatically on login or when the app is unlocked.
To pull changes immediately, sync your safe manually:

Open a Bravura Safe browser extension.
Click Settings.
Under MANAGE, click Sync.
The Last sync: [date and time].
page displaysClick Sync Safe Now.
The browser extension pulls any changes from your Bravura Safe server.

Bravura Safe mobile applications sync (pull data from server) automatically on login or when the app is unlocked.
To sync immediately or allow sync via pull-down gesture:
Open a Bravura Safe mobile app.
Tap Settings.
Under MANAGE, tap Sync.
The Sync page displays Last sync: <date> <time>.
To enable sync using a pull-down gesture in the My Vault view, toggle Allow sync on refresh to On.
To sync your mobile safe immediately, tap Sync safe now.
The mobile application pulls changes from the Bravura Safe server.

"Syncing complete"
notification appears when done.
Note
The Bravura Safe desktop application syncs automatically at first/subsequent login and when unlocked. You can also manually sync your safe to get the most recent data.
To manually sync your safe:
Open the Bravura Safe desktop application.
Select File > Sync safe from the menu.
Note
If you are logged in to multiple accounts, only the currently-active account will be synced.
Troubleshooting
If your safe is not syncing as expected, compare your device time to the server time. Bravura Safe uses TLS/SSL, which will fail to connect a Bravura Safe app to the server if their timestamps are mismatched.
