I need to change my email address

Warning

Following these steps will change your account email address. It will not change the email address used for two-factor authentication. You can change this email address in the Two-Step Login settings.

To change the email address attached to your Bravura Safe account:

  1. Log in to your Bravura Safe via the web interface.

  2. Click the profile icon and select Account Settings from the drop-down.

  3. On the My account page, find the Change email section.

  4. Enter your current Master password.

  5. Enter the New email address.

  6. Click Continue.

Bravura Safe emails a verification code to the specified email address.

  • Check your inbox for the code and enter it into the Code text input displayed in Bravura Safe via the web interface to finalize the change.

  • If you do not receive the verification code, check your Spam folder.

  • Allow the reply address (e.g. "no-reply@<safe.domain.name.com") to help ensure delivery in the future.

When you change your email address, you should immediately logout of all Bravura Safe client applications and log back in with the new credentials.
