Clearing invalid user data

When user profiles are invalidated – that is, accounts associated with them are removed – the data associated with the profile is kept in the database for a configurable amount of time. This allows users to be restored with data intact if an intermittent problem caused the invalidation.

You can determine how long to keep data for invalid users by typing the period in days in the KEEP INVALID USER DAYS setting in the Maintenance > Options menu.

Once the data has expired, it is cleaned from the database during auto discovery.
