View your fingerprint phrase
A fingerprint phrase is a permanent and unique identifier for each Bravura Safe account made up of five random English words; for example, wannabe-liability-case-semisweet-fanning. It is used to securely identify a specific Bravura Safe user account for tasks involving encryption.
Some Bravura Safe operations will require you to verify a fingerprint phrase by comparison. This is typically done outside of Bravura Safe.
View your fingerprint phrase
To view your Bravura Safe account fingerprint phrase:
Web interface:
Click the profile menu (your initials/avatar) > Account Settings.
The fingerprint phrase appears under My account, next to the Email field.
Bravura Safe CLI:
Use the command
bsafe get fingerprint me(see get )Your fingerprint phrase is returned.
