Edit group access to collections

To change the collections that a user group can access:

  1. Log in to Bravura Safe via the web interface.

  2. Click Teams.

  3. From the Team drop-down, select the Team containing the group for which you want to change access.

  4. Click the Groups tab.

  5. Locate the group for which you want to change access.

  6. Click on the group or click the corresponding gear drop-down and select Collections.

  7. Modify access to collections as desired:

    If applicable, select Grant access to all current and future collections.

    OR

    1. From the Select collections drop-down, select a collection to which this group will have access.

    2. From the Permission drop-down, select a permission level for the selected collection.

    3. Repeat Step 7.a and Step 7.b until all collections/permissions are added for the group.

  8. Click Save to save any changes.
