Team event logs

Event logs are records of events that happen within your Teams. They can be accessed only by Team administrators/owners:

  1. Log in to Bravura Safe via the web interface.

  2. Click Teams.

  3. From the Team drop-down, select the Team for which you want to view event logs.

  4. Click the Reporting tab.

  5. Select Event Logs from the REPORTING menu.

    A list of events from the last 30 days is displayed.

    Note

    Event data is sent to the server every 60 seconds.

    Tip

    Hover your mouse cursor over the Client column value to view the IP address; for example, "Mobile - iOS, xxx.xx.xx.xx".

  6. Edit the From and To date/time filters (or click the calendar icon) to specify an event period.

  7. Click Update to update events in the list.

  8. To export the filtered event log data (current view), click Export.

    The log will be downloaded to a .csv file with the date/time in the file name; for example, bravura_safe_org-events_export_20230523162337.
