Disable browser-based password managers

Many modern browsers save your passwords for you. This is less secure than Bravura Safe. Bravura Security recommends taking the following steps:

  1. Export any passwords stored in browser-based password managers.

  2. Disable browser-based password managers.

  3. Import passwords to Bravura Safe for secure storage and management.

  4. Once successful and complete import is confirmed:

    1. Delete all previously saved or cached passwords from browser storage.

    2. Delete all password export files.

    3. Empty your device recycle bin.
