I forgot my master password
Bravura Security does not know or store and cannot get (or possibly even reset) your master password. Try the following steps:
Make sure you are logging in to the correct server:
Web interface - check the URL
Desktop/Mobile app or Browser extension - check the "Logging in to" URL/server (click the gear icon to change it)
Try logging in using a different device.
If you have emergency access enabled, contact your trusted emergency contact who can gain "View" or "Takeover" access to your safe.
If your Team uses the Master password reset policy, contact your administrator to reset your master password.
If none of these work, your account will require deletion and a fresh start. Contact your administrator for assistance.
