I am not being asked for my enabled two-step login method

In most cases, one of three things is happening:

  1. You may be already logged in to Bravura Safe and only need to unlock your safe.

    Two-step login is required to Log In but not to Unlock your safe. Refer to the following:

  2. You may have previously selected the Remember me checkbox on a device when accessing your safe using a two-step login method.

    This option applies only to the device from which it was enabled; not the whole account. It will remain active for 30 days.

  3. If you are logging in using single sign-on (SSO), your administrator may have an Enterprise Team policy enabled that bypasses personal two-step login when using SSO.
