OrgChart reports

OrgChart

Purpose: Lists either managers with subordinates in the OrgChart or users who are orphans in the OrgChart.

Table 1. OrgChart report search criteria

Criteria

Description

Manager ID

Type a manager's profile ID to report only on the specified manager. Alternatively, you can search for one or more manager IDs.

Subordinate ID

Type a subordinate's profile ID to show who is the direct manager of the specified subordinate. Alternatively, you can search for one or more subordinate IDs.

Updater ID

Type the ID of the user who last modified user in the OrgChart. Alternatively, you can search for one or more profile IDs.

User ID

Type the ID of the user who is not included in the OrgChart. Alternatively, you can search for one or more profile IDs. This field will only show when the OrgChart orphan users is selected for Show user field.

Show user

Select:

  • Connected orgchart users to show only those managers who are included in the main branch of the OrgChart. This is the default.

  • Disconnected orgchart users to show only those managers who are not included in the main branch of the OrgChart. That is, managers who themselves don't have a manager, and who are not the top-level manager.

  • Orgchart orphan users to show users who are not included in the OrgChart.

Last update time

Define a date range during which the user was last updated in the OrgChart.

Summarize report

Select this checkbox to summarize the report details.

Depending on your search criteria, in this mode, the report output contains the number of subordinates who report to each manager, or the number of OrgChart orphans.

Selecting this causes unnecessary search options to be hidden.



If you do not apply any search criteria, the report lists all managers who have subordinates and who are connected to the main OrgChart tree.

The user who last modified the OrgChart entry.

Last update

Show user is Connected or Disconnected

The date of the last update.

Org building rounds

Purpose: Configuration of and progress in OrgChart building processes.

Criteria

Description

Campaign status

Select a round status:

  • All rounds : all OrgChart rounds that have been started, regardless of their status. This is the default setting.

  • Active rounds : only the OrgChart rounds that are currently open, but have not yet been completed by the managers.

  • Completed rounds : only the OrgChart rounds where all managers in the round are signed off.

  • Canceled rounds : only the OrgChart rounds that have been canceled by a product administrator.

Round description

Type a round description of one or more OrgChart rounds to only include those rounds in the report. Alternatively, you can search for one or more OrgChart rounds.

Manager ID

Type the profile ID for one or more managers to only include those managers in the report. Alternatively, you can search for one or more manager IDs.

Show summary of these operations

Select one or more operations to filter search results by operation.

Start date range

Define a date range during which the round was initiated.

Report type

Select a report type:

  • Summary : report uses block format and only shows high-level OrgChart round information.

  • Operations summary : report separates the information by operation code and status (denied, open, and approved).

  • Detailed : report includes all available details.
