View requests (IDW)

In addition to the Requests app, the View requests module provides a way for regular users or product administrators to search and view the status of requests. Users can view requests, regardless of whether they are authorizer, requester, or recipient, with read-only permission.

The View requests module is disabled by default. Unlike other modules, the View requests module is enabled via a plugin: Manage the system > Modules> Options > VIEW REQUEST PLUGIN.

Only users with the canViewRequest variable set to true in the plugin will have access to this module, via a View requests link on the main menu.
