Resynchronize a token with the RSA Authentication Manager

To resynchronize a token with the RSA Authentication Manager:

  1. Access the Help users menu for the user.

  2. Click the Manage tokens tab.

  3. If the user has more than one token, select the token you want to manage.

  4. Ask the user for the token displayed on his SecurID card. Type the code in the Code displaying on token now field.

  5. Select the Resynchronize token option.

  6. Ask the user to give you the new token when it changes on the display of the card. Type the new code in the New code displaying on token field.

  7. Select the Resynchronize token option.

    The SecurID card is now synchronized with the RSA Authentication Manager 7.1/8.2 server.
