Because a NULL target system is only a placeholder, its connector program, agtnull , does not actually connect to an external system. When a supported operation is performed on this type of target system the agent always returns success.
Since agtnull does not connect to an external system, the listing of users, groups, and group memberships is not supported.
If you want users or other objects to be associated with a placeholder target you must arrange for lists to be generated and copied to the <instance>\psconfig\ on the Bravura Security Fabric server. See the Bravura Security Fabric configuration documentation to learn how to write these files.
