Replace a paired mobile device

This procedure must be completed using the Bravura Safe web interface and your mobile device(s).

After you have installed the HYPR app on your NEW device and set up biometric authentication (Touch ID or Face ID):

  1. Go to the Bravura Security Fabric login page in your browser.

  2. Enter your Email address and click Continue.

  3. Enter your Master password and click Log in with master password.

  4. Bravura OneAuth prompts you to check your [registered] mobile device for a notification.

    • If you still have access to the OLD registered device, use it to authenticate as usual (See Log in to Bravura Safe using MFA with Bravura OneAuth link below), then jump to #8.

    • If you do not have access to the OLD registered device, continue below.

  5. Click Use another two-step login method.

  6. Select an available two-step login option:

    • EMAIL

    • AUTHENTICATOR APP (if previously configured, the app is installed on your NEW device, and your authenticator accounts/TOTP codes were successfully transferred/exported from your OLD device)

      Warning

If, for some reason, you do not have an EMAIL option AND any previously used AUTHENTICATOR APP accounts/TOTP codes were not successfully transferred from your OLD device to your NEW device, you will not be able to log in to Bravura Security Fabric . Please contact Bravura Security Support [reference Zendesk Incident #27099]. A manual change to the Bravura Security Fabric database is required to restore Email PIN as an available two-step login (2FA) method, after which you can repeat these steps and select EMAIL.

  7. Follow the prompts to authenticate to Bravura Security Fabric using the selected method.

You should now be logged in to Bravura Security Fabric .

  8. Next, access the Bravura OneAuth Device Manager to de-register your OLD device and register your NEW device: See Manage registered (paired) Bravura OneAuth devices (below) for instructions.

You may register/pair multiple devices to your Bravura OneAuth web account.

You may now log in to Bravura Security Fabric with your NEW device using Bravura OneAuth and/or other configured two-step login methods.
