Inventory
Purpose: Provides details about items in the inventory.
Executable: inventory
Criteria | Description |
|---|---|
Item type | Select one or more item types to include in the report. All types are included by default. |
Location | Select one or more locations to include in the report. All locations are included by default. |
Item ID | Type the ID of the item you want in the report. |
State | Select a state to only show items that are in the specified state. |
Request ID | Type a request ID to list the items that are associated with the request. |
Assigned user ID | Type a user’s profile ID to list all the items that are assigned to the user. Alternatively, you can search for one or more profile IDs. |
Assigned user name | Type a user name to list all the items that are assigned to the user. |
Authorizer ID | Type an authorizer ID to list all the items for which the user is responsible (inventory manager). Alternatively, you can search for one or more profile IDs. |
Summarize report | Select this checkbox to summarize the report details. In this mode, the report output includes the total number of items and authorizers (inventory managers) for each type, location, and state combination. |
If you do not specify any search criteria, the report output includes all items in the inventory.
Object types
Purpose: Lists inventory types.

Locations

Resource enforcement
Purpose: Lists the role enforcement status for resources.

Discovered systems attribute
Purpose: Lists attributes of discovered systems.

Criteria | Description |

Value | Type the discovered system attribute value to search against. |
Discovered system | Search for or type the ID of one or more discovered systems to include in the report. |
Target systems
Purpose: Information about configured target systems.

Address | Type the address of the target system to include in the report. |

Target system type | Select one or more target system types to include in the report. The list includes only target system types in use with the instance. This field is not displayed if there is no data available. |
Resource attribute | Select a target system resource attribute on which to filter. You can select up to four attributes. The union of all attributes configured will be returned. |
Comparison | This field is displayed if the Resource attribute field is something other than "Attribute not required". Comparators available depend on the resource attribute type. Select:

Value | Type or select the value to compare. Required if Resource attribute field is something other than Attribute not required, or Comparison field is set to something other than is empty or is not empty. |
Resource attribute to display | Choose which resource attributes to display alongside the target system. |
Target system group | Select one or more target system groups to include in the report. The list includes only target system groups in use with the instance. This field is not displayed if there is no data available. |

If you do not type any search criteria, Bravura Security Fabric displays the summary report for all target systems.
