Description

Participant

Select a participant type:

  • Authorizer: includes requests escalated or delegated by authorizers.

  • Implementer : includes escalated or delegated requests that include an implementer.

  • Reviewer: includes delegated certification campaigns that include a reviewer.

Delegation trigger

Select the type of different triggers of escalation or delegation:

  • All

  • Escalation due to out of office or similar

  • Authorization took too long and was escalated

  • Request was manually escalated early

  • Escalation due to delegation acceptance timeout

  • Manually-initiated delegation

Delegation date type

If required, set the escalation or delegation date by selecting "Use selected date". Otherwise, set to "Date not required".

Delegation date

Specify a Delegation date type to use as a threshold. Requests that are older than the delegation date are evaluated by the report. The default value is the current date and time. This option is only available if Delegation date type is set to "Use selected date".

Request status

Select one or more requests statuses:

  • Needs to inform account authorizers

  • Needs authorization

  • Approved

  • Denied

  • Canceled

  • Approved, performing requested operations

  • Processed

  • On hold pending administrator intervention

Submit date

Choose a date range for when the request was submitted.

Minimum levels of delegation

Specify a value for the minimum level of delegation/escalation to be included in the report. For example: a value of 1 includes all levels, a value of 3 only includes levels 3 and up. Delegation levels indicate how many times something has been delegated. For example, userA delegating to userB, and then userB delegating to userC is a level 2 delegation.
