This playbook is recommended. Queue flush will gracefully shut down the required services, initiate database commit suspend, and flush all data in replication queues prior to proceeding with upgrade.

QueueDelete

Queue delete will result in loss of all data remaining in the replication queues. You can select this method if you do not need to preserve data in replication queues.
