Enable the translation interface (transcgi)

To enable and control access to the translation interface (transcgi), use the TRANSCGI ALLOWED IP option. Enter a comma-delimited list of IP addresses (with CIDR bitmask ) that are allowed to use the translation interface (transcgi).
