Selecting explicit users

Personal user classes, which have only one participant, allow you to specify explicit users.

Explicit users are included in the user class regardless of the user class criteria.

To select explicit users:

  1. Navigate to the User class definition page. for the personal user class you want to modify.

  2. Click the Explicit users tab.

  3. Click Select… .

  4. Enable the checkboxes for the users you want to select as explicit users.

    Alternatively, you can search for a user.

  5. Click Add.

    The users you have added are displayed on the Explicit users page.

Explicit users can also be removed from a class on this page.
