Tracking user profile history
Bravura Security Fabric can track changes to user profiles to create a per-user history of events for each user. The following can be tracked and included in profile history:
Accounts on target systems
Managed group memberships
Account attributes
Profile and request attributes
Role memberships
Only resources that have been configured to track changes are available in the user profile history. You must enable the tracking on a per-resource basis. Roles are enabled for tracking by default.
To enable tracking, use the:
Track account changes option on the Target system information page
Track changes to membership in this group option on the Managed group information page .
Track changes to this account attribute option on the Account attribute configuration page .
Track changes to this attribute option on the page.
Users require the "View profile history" user access rule to use this feature.
History is kept for seven days by default. To control the number of days of history to display, configure the USER HIST INTERNAL option at Manage the system > Modules > View and update profile (IDR).
Changes to file attributes are not tracked and included in profile history.
