This topic provides answers to frequently asked questions about Bravura One app.

Generic

  • I lost my phone / it's stolen / I sold it / etc. How do I disconnect the app from my Password Manager user profile?

    Login to the Bravura Security Fabric and navigate to Register Mobile Devices. Click the checkbox beside the device you want to un-register followed by the Delete button.

  • What do I do if Bravura One app displays the error: The QR code is invalid.

    Verify that the user is attempting to use the QR displayed in the HIDSuite WebUI device registration page.

iOS

  • What is the earliest version of iOS supported by the app?

    Visit the iOS app store and navigate to the Bravura One app app. Under information, verify that "Compatibility" indicates device support.

  • Is the app supported on <latest version> of iOS?

    Yes.

  • If I upgrade iOS to a newer version, will the app continue to work or will I have to do something (like reinstall it)?

    App updates are supported.

  • Is iCloud supported

    No.

  • How do I install the app and link it to my Bravura Pass profile?

    In the iOS app store, search " Bravura One app " and click the download button (cloud with an downward facing arrow). Upon completion, click open and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • How do I use the app to sign into Bravura One app on my PC?

    Open the Bravura One app app and click the unlock icon. Proceed to follow the on-screen instructions.

  • How do I logoff?

    Click the blue text button displayed in the top right of the app. Select logout. Alternatively, double click the home button on iOS devices and upward swipe the Bravura One app app. On an iPhone 10, do a long-press anywhere on the screen, and after a moment little red circles with minus signs will appear at the top-left corner of each app. To close an app, you can either swipe up or tap the red circle.

  • What do I do if licking "Register Device" displays a black screen?

    Navigate to iOS system settings and tap Bravura One app . Verify that the camera permission has been granted.

Android

  • What is the earliest version of Android supported by the app?

    Open "Google Play Store" and search " Bravura One app ". Press Read more under the App Description and scroll to the bottom to verify device support. Try pressing Install to make sure (you can cancel installation or later uninstall if you don't want the app on your device).

  • If I upgrade Android to a newer version, will the app continue to work or will I have to do something (like reinstall it)?

    App updates are supported. Bravura Security Fabric version upgrades will require that you re-register the app on the Bravura Security Fabric server.

  • How do I install the app and link it to my Bravura Pass profile?

    Navigate to Android system settings and open "Apps". In the list of apps click Bravura One app , click permissions and verify that camera permission has been granted.

  • What do I do if connection timed out?

    Check that the device is not in airplane mode, has data turned on, or is connected to a working WiFi network.

  • What do I do if Bravura One app displays the error: Login failed. QR code may have expired or you may have used the wrong device.

    In the Bravura Security Fabric interface, navigate to Register mobile devices and verify that the mobile device is listed.
