Troubleshooting

If you experience any errors, verify that:

  • The classpath includes pxfootprint.jar file.

  • Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Windows x86 Version 6 or later is installed correctly.

  • jvm.dll (from the JRE) has been added to the system variable PATH.

  • The agent directory contains the agtjava.class file.
